- President Buhari needed rest and must avoid anything that could distract him

- Shut down your Facebook account for the duration of the holidays. “Freeze your twitter accounts for the duration of the holidays.

- Shut down your phone and get a new foreign SIM card only accessible to your immediate family members and instruct them not to give that number to anyone outside of the family. Nigerian SIM card will always have a way of popping up local news through bulk sms.

- Avoid reading newspapers both foreign and local; and if you must read foreign avoid the Africa section.

it's only in Nigeria we hear things like this.. imagin what a Senator is advising him to do! what if something urgent comes up how will they get to him. if PMB is sick they should tell us or does it mean he's already facing the heat of Democracy?? one thing I want us to know Buhari belongs to all Nigerians now and not to his family, asking him to shutdown all his contacts is not ideal... don't make it look like he's becoming tired of Nigeria problem cos he knew of it hence he contested and promised to fix it..
