1. Do not See Your Problem As A Stumbling Block:
The first element that comes to the mind of most people with issues is they begin to see their issues as obstacles to their achievement.

The moment you begin to see your problems as obstacles, you start to have extra problems due to the fact fear units in, worry units in, and these are different important troubles on their own. The truth is, the way you see your problems determines how they may affect you.

In case you see your issues as the walls of Jericho (that cannot be broken down) in preference to opportunities in disguise, then problems will have an effect on you more than they're supposed to. However in case you see your troubles as opportunities, then you'll be capable of addressing them and get the message they are passing to you.

2. Remain Positive:
No matter the gravity of your problem, you have to be positive in your thoughts.

I once heard the story of two ladies that was kidnapped after boarding a bus. After they realized that they are being abducted, the first female screamed "ori iya mi ooo, mo ti ku ooo" meaning that "my head ooo, i am dead", and immediately she fell down and died. But while the second girl found out that they had been abducted, she remained high quality that she could be let out and indeed she became set free.

Staying positive is one of the keys to solving your problems and when used well, it gets you out of problems. While you remain positive, you put yourself inside the proper position to tackle your issues efficiently.

3. Learn From The Problem:
There is no problem that does not come with something new to learn from it and with every lesson there cometh a tangible solution.

Learning from the hassle itself and looking for the manner forward instead of complaining, disturbing and giving excuses is a great thing.

Each problem is just like an exam and once you pass the exam, you get accelerated to the next stage.

Problem doesn't kill but makes you more potent, and examines you to know if you are suit for the next function God is taking you to.

4. Continue to be focused and decided:
There's no problem that has no end but determination is the important thing to extremely good achievements.

Many people have discovered from their troubles and they know what would get them out of this trouble but they're not determined and focused sufficient.

5. Have someone you can constantly speak With:
While you are facing tribulations it is very essential to have someone you could speak to, that might serve as an guide and a mentor to you, a person that can monitor your progress and someone who is trustworthy and would always be willing to concentrate to you.

You must be able to be accountable to this individual and the character should be a person that is far better than you . This individual could be capable of giving you significant recommendation, monitor your progress and also assist you in all means.
