Sure, we all know that. But you can see that the citizens are not harrased. In some countries, all citizens will be asked to leave. Its what ive experienced, soldiers came to a popular eatery in my area with their superior in motorcade and they almost flogged everyone out. The junior officers stood outside for about 20minutes denying anyone entry.
