Perhaps the most bizarre of all the allocations is the proposed N22,321,880 budgeted for residential rent at the State House. It is unclear whom the presidency is paying the rent to.

am so confused about this present Government, last tenure as they said was so corrupts and stole much from Nigeria , but things seems normal then, business goes fine,no hike in many things . but now as we are to believe the corruption is been limited yet things are very hard now, inflation , hike in electricity e.t.c even the budget was a rip off.

Until you read through that Special Report by Premium Times before you truly understand the scam in that Budget of Change.

So also the N3.7bn earmarked for State House Clinic in the 2016 budget. It's more than the N3.3bn meant for 12 teaching hospitals serving millions of Nigerians. I don't think State House Clinic serves up to a thousand people.
