My opinion is, you have URINARY INCONTINENCE(urge type) caused by .....

Firstly, are you in the habit of holding pee for long periods?

Secondly, any recent operations? Accident? STD's?

You should try getting a test called urinalysis done, also do a random blood sugar, as well as a fasting.

We'll talk more with the results.

went to a lab today to run test of urinary analysis and urine couture, would dis help show anything ? d lab guy said early morning urine is d best option.. i would submit it tomorrow.. then mhen d result is out i would know the next step to take. maybe then i would go see a urologist.. how do u see it ?

I am so glad to get this app. i don't want to die in silence. am not currently in Nigeria and i have suffered so much to make sure i get rid of an artificial tiny growth in my palms and foot but to no good result. this tiny growth first started like a joke in my second left finger and gets harder as days goes. now i see many of those painful wounds coming out in both palms and foot. the first experience i hard lasted for more than 7 months and when the wounds got healed, it still pains. i really know this might be due to an untreated infection that has lasted. i was deceived by the symptom which only comes ones in a long while. what could this be. if this is the best place then i can upload the pictures for proper examination.

Pls Dr. lagusta I woke up this morning to notice that my left heart is beating faster and noticeable too. Though it didn't stop me from doing morning shores and going to work. Confided in a co-worker she advised I take vasoprin.. Don't really know what to do. I did urinate frequently yesterday, though it may be because of water intake.
Should I take the vasoprin or go for BP test which she also suggested.. Am 30yrs old. Thanks for ur time.

You have only one heart sir, even if it's displaced to the left.....

Like how many times did urinate, did u have an alcoholic drink or fizzy drink??

The heart beating fast could be caused by alot of stuff. Have you been noticing it before or it just happened yesterday??

Don't use the vasoprin yet, see a cardiologist....

Check your BP, and if it's abnormal, then do an ECG with it....

on which muscle groups do they occur....

Sometimes muscles could twitch occasionally due to the nerve end-plates being polarised, butbifnthey become too frequent, it may have to be looked into....

Since I can't fully review you here, you may have to physically see a doctor to test your neurological function....

I have a suggestion. The pt involved should commence antibiotics against e-coli, being the commonest coliform + proper hygiene.

Plus, I don't know how deep his pocket is, but a specialist consultation, and a urethrocystogram would certain burn a hole in anyone's pocket.
