If I send it as text they will deduct my balance it will now remain 998 or something is there no other code to dial please help I was dialing *700*21# but it's telling me unexpected value and sending me error codes I even tried calling customer care via 333 no tone whenever they want to pick N.B my line is 100% registered

then select 2 then 1
