without opening the thread I knew it just had to be Lagos..

I hope he wont do it with some crazy Lastma Officials. If he like pull off his skin, he will still be arrested.

I have seen this scenario like twice around the Marina roundabout. This crazy means do work most of the times as other road users held up in the traffic logjam will continue to rain insults on the policemen accusing them of being inhumane and wicked especially the women.

Nigerians do get emotional on things like this without asking what the offense of the driver was; you will hear statements like; he is just trying to make ends meet, he is human like you, you police people should fear God, haba, a whole family man, did he kill someone, at the end of everything the policemen will board their Hilux van and zoom off the scene entirely.
