38-year-old man known as, Lake Warren from Travis County had his penis chopped off when trying to rape a Pit bull. According to neighbors, Warren had been in the neighborhood for a long time with documented mental health issues so it does not surprise us if this happens.. Witness states that Warren was seen luring a lost dog into the backyard of his house using packaged meat. After he had successfully attracted the dog into his home, he used the packaged meat to distract the pit bull as he xexually assault it.
