apholaryn: Again, I wouldn't insult you.. Now identify what u call insult that I threw at u? Wtf is Ebuka? Is that your nemesis? Get tribalism off ur mouth, ebuka, Ade etc. All Nigerians... If you've ever gone outside the shores of Nigeria, you'll be excited to see even an IBO man, likewise the IBO man when he sees u. Leave tribalism out of ur ideology else you'll have problems growing up coz you assume those not from ur tribe are your virtual enemies.. I'm not even IBO, but because you assume the IBO is your enemy, you're already getting worked up. Because I disagree with ur mindset doesn't in anyway make me IBO.. Get ur humanity back. |

Re: Onyeka Onwenu: "They Worked Against Me As Director-General Because I'm An Igbo" People should stop inciting statements. why is she talking like this? The elite IGBOs are the one causing problems for our brothers, when they lost out they remember they are Igbos. when the money is flowing they will never support biafra or any freedom movement. shame! |

Kockane: Best response so far! Onyeka Onwenu supported Abacha, Babangida, Obasanjo, and Jonathan so publicly and now she is crying tribalism! The time people start crying "they hate me because I am Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba", I lose respect for them entirely! I remember watching her urge Patience Jonathan to "tell them Your Excellency" on national TV in that infamous rally when Patience insulted Northern people and their children as "born throway". Onyeka kept on saying "yes, tell them" and she is calming tribal persecution now! Someone who encouraged a so-called First Lady to insult a section of the country based on tribal sentiments? Pay back time. Go home and lick your wounds, Madam! You want a new government to retain you when you shamelessly and publicly demonstrated hatred against the President and his entire tribe during campaigns! And I am not even from the North, for tribal jingoists here on NR! 2 Likes |

I served for 2years and five months and did my best under very difficult conditions. We hardly had money to operate and the place was badly run down. Worst, there was low moral and lack of commitment among the Staff. Most spent the day loitering and gossiping. Many would not show up for work or arrive 11 am, only to leave before 3 pm. Some were absent for months and were just collecting their salary at home. All the tribalized nonentities here would fail to see the work she had done. Bleep one nigeria |

laidian:bros in as much as am not an apology of the woman, some of the issues she raised are pertinent and have to be addressed. You all calling her names and mocking her just hav to visit one of this federal ministries in abuja and see how the country is been monopolised by the north based on the false beliv dey own nigeria.moreso ensure u read about the events dat happned at abeokuta, lagos and ibadan on the july 29 1966,then you see for urself that the north can be very terrible and brutish without any sense of common sense and human progeny. 2 Likes |

A situation where the Ministry could invite a Management Staff to a trip abroad without informing the DG and the Staff would only inform her principal via text message, from the Airport as she is leaving the country, creates an atmosphere of indiscipline and anything goes. The Ministry should restrain itself to its spelt out function and not undermine the authority of the DG. SOLUTION I actually see nothing in the sack. But the above is a major problem in the ministry, Hausa are very tribalstic, Buhari must warn Hausa Snr Civil servant and they must stop these babarick behavior before they destroy the civil service. This babarick behavior is very common in Abuja once you are not Hausa or Muslim they discriminate against you, Your junior staff will be sent on course without your knowledge. Next time it Happened madam wait for him/her to return, then you too send his or her junior on course without his or her knowledge and they will all feel the pain. That is what I did when I was there and they stop the nonsense with me. |
