Both medical experts and physical fitness gurus are all agreed on the fact that you can have a good and safe exercise regimen within the confines of your office or work place. The average office or workplace has a set of paraphernalia such as desks, stairs, chairs, walls, and free spaces where a lot of stretching and exercising can be done. Once you settle in at your desk, you can deliberately stand upright for some minutes while you arrange your desk and power on your computer. Once seated you can consciously flex your ankles, and deliberately tighten and release your abdominal muscles purposefully. Combining all of these with a reasonable level of water intake goes a long way to keep the body in a balanced physical state
