No body can scrap nysc. Who will handle elections? Contract for uniforms nko. Contract for food nko? NYSC secretariat staff no wan loose their jobs. Even nigerian youths/undergrads will protest any attempt to scrap it.NYSC is seriuos n bog business!!
way forward call for reforms. Make it optional (this might kill the programme). Dont post corp members tòo war zones (but they stiill do)

He is lucky he got one for free, at my PPA, they simply told me they don't have a small room to give to a corpa, if u want to stay, go and find one for urslf using ur own money!

why cant the NYSC program be a one year military service and have us become reserves after that, lots of countries do that, rather than becoming valueless every year

dis corper own beta....... served in a village dat 2days journey frm ma hauz & 7hrs drive frm d state capital......ma accommodation wuz an uncompleted building,, no light, no water, ma host wuznt nice to me @ a time,killed 4 scorpions @ nite witin a week which I knew wuz God 's intervention bkos I wuz always waking up wen d scorpions were close to hurting me, wild spiders were not left out but d 1 I cant 4get wuz wen a snake fell on ma d!ck region were ma sef & ma rummie were eating outside 1 nite on a tree by ma run window, d snake felll frm up d Tree on ma d!ck region & I tot I wuz a leaf not untill I switched on d torch & saw a live, long green snake chilling on me............d experience is sumfin I'm not in a hurry to 4get but finally I'm out
