A bungalow of 2nos of 3bdrm will cost you between 5 and 7 millions naira. Cost for different stages of the project will vary due to changing in the price of materials. It is a good idea to build houses in stages. eg foundation stage, filling and german flooring stage, block setting and lintel stage, roofing stage, plumbing and electrical fitting stage, plastering stage and so on. Although it may not be cost effective this way in terms of labour cost and changing price of materials, it has a lot of benefit and advantages.
