I have no idea. However, I have done three transfers so far. While the first two took roughly two weeks, the last one arrived in 24 hours.

Banks have different rates. First Bank is #360 per dollar.

There are still some good writers here on nairaland for that amount you can afford. However, no matter how good they are always take time to check out their articles before submitting to clients. You can then point out some of their flaws and he/she will learn to understand your style and requirements. I have hired some writers in here who have little experience but with willingness to get better. Now we form a team and they are doing quite fine with minimal supervision from me and the pay rate is increasing also.
