So obviously the Op is what you just described because she is blaming GEJ and IBB for Nigeria's current predicament!

She was not, English is not that difficult, she was analyzing events at both periods.

Nigerian bank announces early closing due to fuel crisis

One of Nigeria’s biggest banks on
Monday announced it was shutting
branches early due to a lack of fuel,
in the latest sign of shortages
hitting businesses.
“The current shortage of petroleum
products in the country has limited
our ability to supply diesel to all
our branches in order to continue
normal branch operations,” GT
Bank said in a statement on
Twitter.
“Due to this we unavoidably have to
close our branches nationwide at
1pm (1200 GMT) from Monday 25th
May, 2015.”

Oil fell from $110 to $60 and our currency did not fall by over hundred percent rather it hovered between 165-220!! Oil price is now $34 and the exchange rate is now N400 to a $!! What an economic transformation in just 9 months!!

I hope you studied more than primary school otherwise, you would know that economic blow backs are not an arithmetic progression but more often than not, a geometric progression. Worse is that with the stealing of billions of dollars by the ineffectual baboon or Buffon Jonaclueless, kleptomaniacs Iweala, Madueke, Dasuki, Ihejirika, Badeh, Amosu, Onyeka, all chosen by the Buffon in chief Nonathan, the geometric progression will be multidimensional and highly regressive. Jonathan squandered ECA, foreign reserves from the point Yaradua died by nearly 50%, which is approximately $30 Billion, yet oil was trading at well over $100 and he had almost 6 years and still failed woefully. You can defend your Azikiwe but no human any atom of common sense and basic reasoning skills will buy your hogwash!!
