The Secretary of Transition Committee in Oruk Anam Local Government Area, Hon. Prince Akpan Ikim has joined millions of Nigerians in felicitating with the Leader of Akwa Ibom State House of assembly, Sir Udo Kierian Akpan, on his recent elevation as the International President of Ati Annang, describing the lawmaker as a custodian of cultural heritage.

Ikim, in a congratulatory message made available to newmen portrayed Sir Udo Kierian Akpan as a dynamic man, who has shown exemplary leadership strides worthy of emulation in all his leadership portfolios, adding that, the recent elevation never come as a surprise.

The Transition secretary revealed that, via the Lawmaker magnanimity, the era of political rancor in the area, has come to an abrupt end, expressing optimism that, his stay as International president of Ati Annang will be fruitful and rewarding.

“We in Oruk Anam are proud to share this planet with you, because it is your magnanimity, which has brought politics of rancor and hatred to an abrupt end in our local government.

“You are a symbol of unity, and a custodian of our cultural heritage, thus, your new height never comes as a surprise to us. In all your leadership positions, you have shown exemplary and gigantic strides worthy of emulation.

“My leader, you are a bridge builder, a caring father and a lover of peace. These attributes accompany you in all your endearvous. We are optimistic that, your tenure as the National president of Ati Annang will witness tremendous growth and upliftment, even as our cultural heritage will continually wax stronger and stronger.” The message reads in part.
