This type of scheme should be applied in Nigeria to take care of our energy problem. We are appealing to Nigerian Minister of power to take note.
Nadine Post was able to gather the reports of this excellent project, hoping that someday Nigeria could follow the trend.
Perhaps the stolen funds in the possession of our corrupt politician would have handle this type of project. Hmmmn, corruption is evil….

Morocco launches mega solar thermal plant set to be world’s largest

King Mohammed VI on Thursday (4 February) inaugurated Morocco’s first solar power plant, a massive project that the country sees as part of its goal of boosting its clean energy output.

The project’s next phases Noor 2 and Noor 3 are to follow this year and next, and a call for tenders is open for Noor 4.

When completed the four plants at Ouarzazate will occupy a space as big as Morocco’s capital city, Rabat, and generate 580MW of electricity, enough to power a million homes by 2018.
