Its very unlawful to have one detained for over 48 hours without any trial by a competent court of jurisdiction. Whether guilty or not, it is an infringement on ones fundamental human rights. Something ought to be done fast about this unlawful detention b4 it degenerates to another thing.

what you do not know is that the EFCC is way faster than you think... For that detention they have obtained a court injunction which totally makes his stay after 48 hours legitimate.

Indeed this is a good one of recent the EFCC has become a willing tool in the hand of the APC and Buhari. They have rather taken the whole issue too far into the realm of Ego, personal vendetta and all what not.
What has the Officer done to demand his being detained for that long.

EFCC is scamming Nigerians, they are making so many arrest so that when the accused are discharged they will now blame it on overwhelming of activities. They should focus on few cases so that they are not stretched out.
