ONLY Technical defeat of Boko Haram has been achieved.
We are left with other types of defeats like
-Physical annihilation of Boko haram
-Spiritual destruction of Boko haram
-Mental shattering of Boko haram

SO THERE IS MORE FIGHTING LEFT TO BE DONE.

Some people keep asking this same question over and over and one just keeps wondering why these people can't use their wisdom to discern the meaning of some simple terms.

When someone qualifies a statement by the word "technically" he has assumed he is addressing an audience made up of normal educated people instead Nigerian educational system products.

In Chess, warfare, politics, marketing et. c you can technically defeat an oppobent i.e. gegrade his abilities to duch a low level that victory is assured for you. Boko Haram is technically defeated. The whole world knows . No major initiatives, no you tube videos, just scattered attacks by far glung cells.
