It is both murder and suicide. The lady on d floor was murdered, and d idiot who murdered her has tantamountly commited suicide cos he is going to be arrested and sentenced to death....

This is murder, because the gun is in her right hand, and the blood spatter is also on the right part of the wall. If she was sitting facing the window writing whatever she was writing there is no way she would shut herself with the right hand and for the blood to spatter on the right. She was probably shot frm the left part and gun placed on her right hand...

for me it's suicide
reasons
1) the note looks quite short like a farewell msg 2) after writing her msg , she turned 180 degree which explains her posture on the floor
3) the blood on the wall explains the closeness of the gun to the skull .... we are talking abt a pistol her. she must have brought the gun very close to her head because that's the only way a pistol can penetrate both sides of the human skull ...
4) if she was murdered, I believe her medicated glass will be on the floor with her body , but on the contrary it was neatly kept.
5) she obviously took her last cigarette for some courage to pull the trigger
6) if she was murdered both the cigarette and the gun would have fallen off but they didn't cos she lost consciousness very fast ...

murder.. if it was suicide,the ciggerette wont be in her hands.. if a person wants to shoot their selves.. the ciggerette will fall of their hands after the shot..

the slippers will still be on her legs if she shot herself..


she is still holding the gun.. if someone shoots herself on the head and dies instsntly, the gun will fall off their hands the moment they lose conciousness.. the person in the picture is still clutching to the gun tightly.. wich doesnt make any sense..

conclusion: the murderer shot her.. put the gun in her hands and made it seem like suicide
