Of the four vehicles,

1. School Bus
2. Ambulance
3. Police Car
4. VIP

Which should go first, second, third and fourth?

2, ambulance because someone's life is involved,

3, police because they might be heading somewhere (perhaps to save someone's life

1, school bus because it contains children which need information to become leaders of tomorrow

4. VIP because I don't like fast rides and I've got swag cool

2. Police

3. School bus

4. Ambulance

in a sane society,
ambulance, police, school bus then VIP

but here in nigeria,
VIP, police, school bus and ambulance will hit each other then start fighting over who has right of way

If the ambulance isn't blaring sirens then the school bus ought to go first. Reason being it has passed the stop sign while all other vehicles are behind the stop sign.
