Sincere Advise required please
Please I need sincere advice from experienced road users residing in Lagos.
I work on VI and presently leave in satellite town.
I plan to relocate soon to a more accessible area in Lagos, amongst my options are;

• Phase 1, Isheri, GRA, Magodo, Lagos
• Ojodu berger
• Gbagada
• Oworoshoki
• Ketu
• MAgodo
• Amuwo Odofi
• Lekki
• Surulere

My challenge is I need a very decent modern home (preferably new) at a very affordable rate. I also want a decent environment (I like surulere but lots of indecent environment and old buildings). I have seen good options of my taste around areas like Magodo, Amuwo odofin, Lekki etc. yet am skeptical about accessibility to VI.
Anyone with similar experience can advice please, I have just few days to make decision. Feel free to suggest any good area based on my desire.

i'll advice you consider lekki and ajah environs. easily accessible to v.i and with well developed new buildings
