The only "progression" you stand to experience - should you carry on with this blind sycophancy of yours - is the progression from pauper to zombie.

Reuters just posted a scathing article on Buhari. Knowing that you lack even the most basic intellect to engage them or refute the points in their article, you're turning around in search of imaginary enemies to fight.

You definitely have issues.

This article needs an intellectual to understand. You are a tape recorder programmed to type those six words.
" the bureaucracy lacks depth". Do you understand what that means?. GEJ stripped the civil service of ability to function as the FG was completely privatised. I know for instance that Okonjo was working with only international consultancy companies throughout -like Mckinsey whilst turning the bureaucracy to mere file pushers. Jonathan's government also stripped the ministries of files and key information. Buhari is actually building a government from the scratch.

Lol.

Keep repeating that to yourself to help you deal with the comedy of errors that Buhari is turning out to be.

Buhari is building government from scratch!!
Biggest laughter.

Buhari has never built anything in his life.
He is trained to tear down and destroy.

Anyone who is expecting Buhari to build anything is delusional.

As you rightly said, every well written article needs intellectual capacities to understand.

However, it is a pity that you too did not understand it from the skewed interpretation you provided. What you quoted was from a senior Government source and not the submission of the report.

The reporter is only saying that Buhari's grand policy of reform is fading with a disfunctional bureaucracy and an increasingly centalized power in his remote presidency. This can be found in the summary of the report.

Whether the reporter is right or not is another line of argument.

I hope this will help.

Remote Presidency! That's exactly what we have, no cabinet meeting, no proactive ministers, everyone is waiting on Buhari while he is globe trotting.

Zombies keep consoling yourself, with fuel at 130/litre, no light, raging exchange rate and a non existent government, no budget and Nigeria in free fall, your eyes will soon clear!

The irony is that you make an accusation - poor comprehension - which you are guilty of. It is not Reuters that concluded the chaos this government is embroiled in is as a result of GEJ, it is a member of this government who made that claim. The full quote from the article is as follows:
"Of course it's chaos. We're rebuilding a whole system. There is no depth in the bureaucracy," said a senior government source who asked not to be named.

It's hardly news that the government blames its failings on GEJ but the article made the point that there are various other explanations - including Buhari's management style -whilst giving government sources an opportunity to give their own rebuttal as to the reasons for the mayhem.

Considering Your Hero, GEJ, who did not fund education enough to allow you know when to use worse/worst is already the champion loser of the Presidential universe, then I think PMB would be fine with that grade.
