Furnish it to a good taste....suggest u Rent it out for Parlour parties like BD, bac eve etc...I know of an accommodation lik that here in lag that charges 70/80k for every party in d building

Well, have you heard of shared office? Make the living room the reception, set other rooms as individual office and then rent it out room by room to small business people who can't afford to rent out and run a big office space. I do not know how this can work out because I do not know much more than you have a 4 bedroom flat in warri. You gave no clue no idea on the qualities of its location.

For those with space in open and bustling cities, shared office spaces should be a nice income earner.
