Well sometimes u can't blame them, maybe to establish a new faculty u need a certain number of PhD holders and Profs, and maybe since its a new school they'll have to fetch from others.

Before pontificating on TSA can Buhari-Osinbajo first tell we Nigerians what they did with #ourmoney between May 29 2015 and ministerial appointments of October 2015? A whole 5 months during which they operated joint sole administration of our national coffers, squandering our money on useless foreign trips before distracting us with fake war on corruption.
