Doyin Okupe, a former spokesman for ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has admitted that PDP government did not actually build a single road for Nigerians in the last 10 years as was earlier stated by the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo. But he insisted that a lot of roads where repaired and expanded because they were in bad shape when they took over government.
