No fewer than seven people have been killed in a bloody clash between Yorubas and their brothers from the Northern part of Nigeria in Ketu area of Lagos State.

Properties worth millions including houses shops and vehicles were also set ablaze in the ethnic clash.

The arrival of policemen, led by the state commissioner of police, Fatai Owoseni, could not douse the tension, which was still raging on as at the time of filing this report.

It was gathered that the trouble started on Tuesday night from a motorbike incident that involved a Hausa motorcyclist and a Yoruba passenger.
