Former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, was on Monday arraigned in court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. He was brought before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Abuja to answer charges of corruption levelled against him. He appeared in court today looking lively, but was remanded in Kuje prison by the court pending hearing of his bail application on Thursday. He had been in the EFCC custody since February 8, 2016.
