Last time I checked d position of Chancellor has always been d exclusive preserve of the traditional rulersvin most cases.

Aregbesola has never used "engineer" as his title. It is "ogbeni" which means "mr" that he uses.

Rauf Aregbesola was born in May 1957. He is a 1980 graduate of Mechanical Engineering.

Rauf Aregbesola worked at Nigeria External Telecommunications Limited and Lagos Airport Hotel.
Later he founded his own company, an Engineering firm, Aurora Nigeria Ltd.

Rauf Aregbesola have held the position of the Commissioner of Works and Infrastructural Development in Lagos.
