JimsonJaat001 Which God? The God referred to here is Yahweh,, not islamic allahh. 2-(PRAYER). Did he do ablution? Did he face any particular direction like muslims face kaaba? Jesus fell on his face, he didn't prostrate like muslims. He wasn't falling down as a routine for prayer. He did it only once. 3-(ALMS). This is not about alms giving. Love and good deed doesn't necessarily mean giving money. 4-(FASTING). Did Muhammad and muslims fast for forty or thirty days? 5-(PILGRIMAGE) ''They passed through the Valley of Baca'', going to Zion not going to Mecca. The Israelites go to pilgrimage in Zion annually. Since Judaism and Christianity existed before Muhammad, whatever you see in the Bible was faked by by muslims. Till today, muslims continue in faking Christianity. Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 23: Narrated By ‘Asim bin Sulaiman: I asked Anas bin Malik about Safa and Marwa (i.e. two mountains at Mecca). Anas replied, “We used to consider (i.e. going around) them a custom of the Pre-Islamic period of Ignorance, so when Islam came, we gave up going around them. Then Allah revealed, ‘Verily, Safa and Marwa (i.e. two mountains at Mecca) are among the Symbols of Allah. So it is not harmful of those who perform the Hajj of the House (of Allah) or perform the Umra to ambulate (Tawaf) between them.’” (Surah 2:158) [End of Quote] Surah 2:158: “Lo! (the mountains) As- Safa and Al-Marwah are among the indications of Allah. It is therefore no sin for him who is on pilgrimage to the House (of Allah) or visiteth it, to go around them ( as the pagan custom is).” (Pickthall) How can the very same two mountains that were sacred to the pagans become the “Symbols of Allah” all of a sudden? Moreover, how is it that the very same pagan ritual of running between the two hills is also retained in Islam? In addition, why was the Arab pagan ritual of going around the Ka’ba seven times, also retained in Islam? In the Hindu marriage rite of Saptapadi, the married couple circumnavigate the fire seven times. In the Islamic ritual of Tawaf, Muslims also circumnavigate the Ka’ba seven times. In both of these rituals, religious phrases are repeated during the circumambulation. Some of the rituals that Muslims follow during the Hajj are the same as the rites observed by Hindus in their worship of Shiva. Take note of some of the striking similarities: (1) Both Hindu and Muslim male devotees are required to shave their heads during their pilgrimage. (2) And similar to their Hindu counterparts, male Muslim pilgrims are also required to dress in a garment consisting of two sheets of white cloth. This type of garment is known as Dhoti in Hinduism. (3) Just as the worshippers of Shiva observe a rite in which they walk around their object of reverence seven times, Muslim pilgrims also walk around the Ka’ba seven times. (4) Both their objects of reverence are Black Stones. In Hinduism, the Black Stone is known as Shiva lingam. (5) While Hindus drink water from the Ganga River as part of the sacred rites in their worship of Shiva, Muslims drink from the Well of Zamzam during the Hajj. (6) Additionally, the Crescent moon, which is associated with the Hindu deity Shiva, is also a symbol for Islam. In the Hindu portrayal of the Shiva symbol, the crescent moon is always painted across his forehead. Moreover, in every portrayal of Shiva, there is always a depiction of a snake curled around his neck. Weirdly, in pre-Islamic times, Allah is supposed to have sent a snake to guard the treasures of the Ka’ba. 4 Likes 1 Share |

It's really a misnomer to equate the five pillars of Islam with the so called Bible, although Koran embodies and acknowledges all the former books but Koran came to adjust, reshape and add to those former ones, that is why it purports to capture almost all what has been ordained in the former books and that is why Koran is complete and needed to be followed. Agreed that there was fasting, prayer and alms given etc... but it is really altered and reshaped when Islam came on board which makes it very different. We are ordained to believe in the various books and those prophets that championed it's course, and most importantly use the last one that was sent down as the amended copy to the former |

Mty4real: To acknowledge or believe the prophets but not to accept their messages is fraud. Muhammed was not a God's Prophet. He was a Prophet of Satan. His deeds were something a sane person should be ashamed of ,except the person is like him. How can you believe Jesus and neglect his warnings. The Quran teaches nothing, it is full of repetition like "those who believe" and it has many historical errors and contradictions. God's holy book should teach good morals and not encourage adultery, fornication , killings ,lying and hatred. Example : Allah SWT says: وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِىٓ أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخْفِى فِى نَفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشٰىهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا قَضٰى زَيْدٌ مِّنْهَا وَطَرًا زَوَّجْنٰكَهَا لِكَىْ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَرَجٌ فِىٓ أَزْوٰجِ أَدْعِيَآئِهِمْ إِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَرًا ۚ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولًا "And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished." (QS. Al-Ahzaab: Verse 37) Muhammed married his adopted Son's wife , is that not shameful? Jesus said anyone who marries a divorcee is committing adultery. Matthew 5:31-32 KJV It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: [32] But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. If muhammed believed the prophets , he would have obeyed their teachings . From the above , Muhammed committed adultery . He will go to hell. There is no way with Islam, I know this because I was a Muslim . Pray to God , and don't mention Allah , he will give a revelation regarding Islam. |

Auki: My reply is to your last paragraph. How I wish you were born during the time of Muhammed , that advice would have stopped him from committing murders to spread his fake religion. What the Op posted has been what we Christians have been saying that Muhammed copied his religion from many sources . It is not Islam that will tell Christians about fast , Christians having fasting b4 Islam came. Right now Muslims don't fast since a new day starts by 12 am and Muslims eat after 12 am in the morning, that is no fast, they only abstain from afternoon meal. Examples to show Muhammed was a copier are : Volume 1, Book 11, Number 578: Narrated Ibn 'Umar: When the Muslims arrived at Medina, they used to assemble for the prayer, and used to guess the time for it. During those days, the practice of Adhan for the prayers had not been introduced yet. Once they discussed this problem regarding the call for prayer. Some people suggested the use of a bell like the Christians, others proposed a trumpet like the horn used by the Jews, but 'Umar was the first to suggest that a man should call (the people) for the prayer; so Allah's Apostle ordered Bilal to get up and pronounce the Adhan for prayers. Volume 3, Book 31, Number 222: Narrated Ibn 'Abbas The Prophet came to Medina and saw the Jews fasting on the day of Ashura. He asked them about that. They replied, "This is a good day, the day on which Allah rescued Bani Israel from their enemy. So, Moses fasted this day." The Prophet said, "We have more claim over Moses than you." So, the Prophet fasted on that day and ordered (the Muslims) to fast (on that day). Volume 1, Book 8, Number 392: Narrated Bara' bin 'Azib: Allah's Apostle prayed facing Baitul-Maqdis for sixteen or seventeen months but he loved to face the Ka'ba (at Mecca) so Allah revealed: "Verily, We have seen the turning of your face to the heaven!" (2:144) So the Prophet faced the Ka'ba and the fools amongst the people namely "the Jews" said, "What has turned them from their Qibla (Bait-ul-Maqdis) which they formerly observed"" (Allah revealed): "Say: 'To Allah belongs the East and the West. He guides whom he will to a straight path'." (2:142) A man prayed with the Prophet (facing the Ka'ba) and went out. He saw some of the Ansar praying the 'Asr prayer with their faces towards Bait-ul-Maqdis, he said, "I bear witness that I prayed with Allah's Apostle facing the Ka'ba." So all the people turned their faces towards the Ka'ba. They wanted to use bell or trumpet like Christians or Jews but decided to made a suggestion for Allah. Even time of prayer was not giving by Allah but by Muhammed and his thugs. The same with fasting. He fasted because the Jews were fasting. He was formerly facing Israel during prayers but decided to change direction , that means Allah did not know where Muhammed should have faced. No wonder it was said that Muhammed was a lie inventor : Allah SWT says: وَإِذَا بَدَّلْنَآ ءَايَةً مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٍ ۙ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓا إِنَّمَآ أَنْتَ مُفْتَرٍ ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ "And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know." (QS. An-Nahl: Verse 101) |
