Bro that's the beauty of Android... You can lock your settings but in iOS this feature is not yet available for people running untouched iOS version. You must jailbreak

I use an iphone 5 with ios 8.4. I keep my brightness level at the lowest to preserve battery life, but at school my friends always pit it at the highest when i give it to them.

I disabled access within apps from control centre but they discovered how to change it at homescreen. I've warned them alot about not increasing my brightness but they do not listen.

Is there an app that can execute the task?

The only solution is not to give them your fone.
