Rivers State governor, Gov. Wike is about now in talks with the Chief of Army Staff Gen. Buratai on the current state of Insecurity in his domain and the involvement of the Military in the spate of arrests in various communities in the state in recent weeks. Also he is expected to inform the Army Chief of the activities of his men leading up to the upcoming Legislative Rerun election holding in the state on the 19th of March 2016....
