For those of us here who know Yana Ukladnikova...here's her landing cost for exporting a Caucasian puppy to Nigeria (Below). Personally, I think Bobby is at liberty to fix any price he deems fit, the onus is on the potential buyer to accept that price or not.

Its simple, people have different sources, which result in varied prices... you cannot expect a wholesaler and retailer to sell a product at the same price.... Point is...who you buy from and at what price is entirely up to you...that's how a market works.
