5} He/she will happily discard CV that are difficult to read as they tries to meet their ever tight deadline.

7} The recruiting process is very tedious for the recruiter. So if you make life easy for them, they will bring you an inch closer to your dream job.

From the above analysis you can understand that recruiter is a very busy person, under pressure to deliver and consequently would be impatient in dealing with disturbing and annoying CV. This simple mean your CV has to be on point in order to short list you for the test or interview.
