Every indication is that Boko Haram has re-invented themselves.

Army should follow them around with immediate effect to know who are the genuine herdsmen and who are terrorists.

Most northern military personnel are herdsmen supporters. They will rather help their kinsmen first before the clarion call, a case study of fracas btw yoruba and hausa, plateau tribal war and benue.

They are razing communities and killing indiscriminately which is what Boko haram does.
