We all know how easily it is to form a habit, whether the good or the bad one.

There are some that after you have done it, you begin to regret, but there are some that you don't even regret at all, though it is seen as a bad habit as well.

Below written are the bad habits I enjoy and the once I regret.


Getting drunk. I enjoy it when I take a bottle of bear or two but I hate it when I get drunk. If I drink and get drunk, I will promise my self not to do it again but occasionally, it might still happen.

I can not deny here that I have not patronised a sex worker. Knowingly or unknowingly. But I would feel bad and regret it all afterwards.

I think I have smoked. Though it was not up to a month and I stopped it. Regretting why I should have touched it

I talk to myself. Yes, when I'm alone and feel no one is listening I talk to myself. I even smile and laugh alone. Its my escape from the uglies of the world. Whenever I am returning back home and I'm sure there's someone at home ie my sis, I begin to sing, talk or make some sounds that announces me right before I get to the door.
