What is the "use and purpose" of Rear lights and reflectors on ALL VEHICLES, if Dangotte's truck wont have one?

As l know, your vehicle should be impounded (and they do these for private cars whom they can collect money from!) if it does not have front or rear lights.
Such vehicle should never pass a "Road worthiness test" (MOT/NCT in some jurisdiction).

I think your comment is unfair and with prejudice.

Just somewhere in alagbado, another truck skidded of the road to kill pedestrians walking by. One of dead victims happens to be one of the carpenter that help finished a building project. Are those pedestrians also careless? It's one too many. I think the head of dang ore logistics or transport need to look and caution their drivers and place sanctions on erring drivers.
