the Executive Gov. of Benue State, Dr Samuel Ortom was yesterday (14/03/2016) seen around Makurdi metropolis inspecting some abandoned landed properties. when he got to Jonah Jang crescent, he was welcomed by some okada riders. as he was taking his leave, some cash gift (speculted to be #20,000) was handed over to one of the okada riders to be shared among all of them present. the selfish rider decided to keep all the money to himself, this was met with aggressive reactions from other Okada riders. is this the effect of poverty?
