How can I get my website design for free, or at least a mimimal cost. most webmaster i contacted are asking for too much.

First, you must understand that if you want anything good, it generally does not come cheap. Good web developers are not cheap. You need to be willing to pay for value.

friend i will advice not go 4 a free website,domain and hosting cos u will not av choice on the service(S) rendered and if such person or organisation changes his mind not to provide free service(S) again later, then there will be no choice Than to comply or walk away. so if u want any thing good, go 4 paid job.
