What does DEEHOOLJNRQ really mean?

It's a sad case I helped my man answer this question back in the day. I believe the Nairaland tsunami washed away the thread and associated write ups.
It is a relic of a soccer competition originally set up by Sky Sports [Super Sports's media provider]. They created the competition for their citizens so Super Sports had no choice but followed suit, giving Africans the illusion of it being their original idea.
Apparently after the competition ended it seemed Sky Sports has remained incompetent as to how to eliminate the codes showing on the screen. This too is reflected in our African broadcasts of major soccer events.
I know this because I remember fully well when the competition was first announced and saw the same useless code flash when watching a soccer game on TV while visiting England.
