The president of the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People, Legborsi Pyagbara recently spoke to Sahara TV on the cleanup and resumption of oil in Ogoni land.

He said that there were still bad eggs in the government who wanted Ken Saro-Wiwa to be wiped away from history and so had ensured his books weren’t read anymore in secondary school.

He also spoke of the present administration and said that there was really no difference between now and the military era.
