For those that does't have space for mounting seperate dish for W4/7 and Astra 2b. You can still have both birds on a single 65cm dish just by adding another lnbf to make a 2in1 set up.

or paying some agent to help me get a card with subscription from some arab country is different from paying dstv? ok its cheaper shey?

and FYI, i really dont like DSTV etc, but i know for a fact that they have some pretty addictive programs which seem to be their mainstay like say BB, now pple who are into that kinda stuff are silly for liking that and not MBC2

The signal strength of TV Zimbo package on vertical polarity has signal quality of 65% and the Vox Africa package on horizontal polarity has a signal quality of 53% Note that signals on horizontal polarity can produce stable pictures even at 39% S.Q. compared to the vertical ones. If Eutelsat W3A is on 7 deg and sirius 4 at 5 deg, then at 6 degrees you can nail the two birds but sacrifice some channels namely the BBC persia package on W3A and etv and cape town 1 on sirius 4. I am a technician and have hit the two birds in at least three jobs in Kenya.

for all your mirth, the star company have you in their pocket. and you're threading the same road millions have trodden and got their fingers burnt. you obviously think it's no big deal shelving out a thousand naira to the star company because you think you can afford it. but think again: how did dstv start? did they just hike their fees to 9.5k from day one? ok, so you see that the beginning is always like that: start small, entice the people with low subscription and when you have them by the balls, increase the fees to high heavens! 

besides, it's a sign of mental laziness to pay for something that can be gotten free of charge (with just a little bit of knowledge) even if that product retails for one naira!

My setup gives me W3A and Sirius on a single dish with one LNB, If you want those channels you must have a dish dedicated to sirius at least 45cm and hitting 95% quality on freq 12605v29950.

Yes. I do on a 90cm. But ensure that when one satellite signal is received on horizontal polarity, the other is on vertical and vice versa.

serial to rj45 cable is available and you can also make one for urself with some networking knowledge, ask google for more info. multicrypt cam is 12k as at last asking. all u need to enjoy the cccam is cline. i can get you one at $35/month or ask google for more cline providers.

or u can get a[b] mutlicrypt CAM[/b] that can handles all. i should think that there is[b] ccam option for the 4910[/b], the fact that it does not have an ethernet port is a huge let down for me personally, so i rarely use mine for card sharing,

well said. but who said u r not in the position to help anybody including your self. no one is a "guru" here as u claim. I personally have noticed some classes of people here - those who commit or sacrifice their time, energy, money and even some may have sacrificed time for family, where possible, those whose desire to be like the afore-mentioned but may be financially restrained so can't soar higher and those who always have the desire to ask, take and enjoy.
but note, the enthusiast or hobbyist is not one who just enjoy what they get (like just desiring to have and watch channels) but how what they get come to being ,understanding it and knowing how to get them etc,
in no time u see those people growing teeth to chew bones and until they can chew hard bones. eg. ilish the zambian always pouring info, george_d, enitan, fofo, butoneday, microgiant, badaru, adewest, obnelly, muhsin, captainus. plenty, plenty peeps. that is not to say they do not ask, but read back old posts and u will understand what i mean.
