i've lost weight without doing much exercise besides taking a walk every other day.
i have also changed my diet...no red meat, i drink LOTS of water
and N@ked drinks (esp. the green machine). The only meat i eat are chicken and sea food.

Sea food - I've cut down on (twice a week)
Chicken - baked only!!

I went down two sizes.

Good for you. I love sea food, i won't give it up for anything. Talking about seafood. I saw a Rick Ross meme with his guts, on a seafood diet, i see food, i eat

Gelco: Normal nigerian food... I hardly eat garri, 3 slices of bread wen I want to eat bread n very little butter, a plate of rice( like 3 serving spoonful), i hardly eat beans, avoid fried plantain, hardly eat yam, i like junk buh I've reduced dat drastically(i almost don't eat snacks anymore), indomie once in a wyl.

Ok all things being as stated meaning If your diet is good as you said then you need to look at how much exercise you're putting in. Ab workout only will not get you your desired goal of toning.

It will only build endurance and strengthen your core/ muscles around the stomach area. You'll need to move your entire body by doing cardio workouts like walking or running. It's the effective way to burn fat.

Right now you probably have those abs if you've been doing lots of ab workout BUT they are not visible because of the fat presence. Raise your metabolism by running/walking consistently. You'll notice your abs will be more visible and waistline decreased with time and effort.

Gelco: N pls I need suggestions for abs exercise to tone the stomach n bring out d abs n reduce inches from the waist cos that's the specific area in looking to lose weight from.. Aiming for a 25inch weight (currently 28 n it varies) I've tried sit-ups n crunches buh it's jez not working for me (maybe m not doing it right tho) n press up is jst too tasking!

What's your diet like? Exercising is only a small percent of your weight loss / ab workout

I hate to admit this considering the history of the op but this is absolutely correct, I'm totally against cohabitation.

It's the reason why we have so many children in single-parent families. Men don't wanna commit to their partners, women are also trying to keep their options open and all of these are leading to societal decay and degrading values.
