One lesson learnt.
People will ask you "how was it" .?, hope you wrote well, wish you luck, congratulations in advance, Success Man..........
The truth is that only a handful of people actually meant that. To some they just want you to express how bad you did to make them feel good, to some they just want to measure their chances of getting in. Alot hide in the shadow of healthy competition.

Man has been selfish from time of creation and at this point i want to say a big thanks to those who have been truly selfless in this forum. Life always pays us according to our intentions.

Please who ever have access to the NPower coordinators should help pass information to them to know that a lot of per-selected candidates were not given opportunity for physical verification which closed on the 4th of January 2017

My relative had a bad experience under Bwari in FCT, They went for verification almost everyday in December and were always told to come back. There was a day after they left, a list of candidate for physical verification was pasted but before the next morning the whole list was tore and a lot of the candidate could not see their numbers to proceed for verification. They were asked to come back on 2nd January 2017 due to the Christmas crisis in Bwari and when they went they didn't see anybody until they could not be verified.

Throughout the process of verification, there was no formal communication from the officials to candidates. My relative came back crying that even 30K job, Nigeria factor will not allow her get it? I had to assure her that I will follow up. I have sent tweet to @npower_ng but there is no response. Please help so that she don't loose this opportunity

Maybe you should correct the date. And contact them again

With all sincerity , I believe in the grace of God but I also believe in fairplay and healthy competition. I am not against giving general hints. What I am just implying is that don't give a hint that will make me and my gang writing tomorrow to have so much advantage over those writing today. Lolz world people. The fact that you are so pained shows you have written already. But what you should understand is that( except the system has changed) you are marked against a bench Mark and not based on numbers of applicants . Have you seen how dragnet regret mails are fashioned Or try reading how successful applicants are chosen

I just helped a friend register now. Had same issue until i used the destop option in my chrome browser. Maybe you should try same.

It is either your Cv is above 100kb or your Cv is not in the required doc or pdf format.

Solution
If the file is large i guess you can fix this in a thousand ways.
If the file is in a different format say docx instead of doc, just make a quick search on Google and you will get a lot of online converter that can help.

The Test is pretty easy, timed and you can't go back to any question missed. The most interesting stuff is that you get to see your score immediately after the Test.

I think we are in same category. A lot of our colleagues have been paid. Even some 2012 engineering colleagues who are long done with Nysc. I have already written to them and hope the issue is rectified soon . You can try mail or call them if possible.

Congrat to those who just joined the queue, some have been kept in the dark after their AC, Some awaiting their AC, others invited for documentation and a lot more still invited for test even with new opening online.

I just pray this is not another long wait with the potential of protruding into the last quarter of nxt year 2018. I just hope my instincts are wrong and that the process ends soon in celebration.

Just a mail acknowledging receipt of my documents because i used the out of lagos option ie mailed them my credentials. Still awaiting AC.

The Bussiness Awareness test is not difficult a more reason people don't scale to the next stage.

Try not to be too extreme in answering your questions and avoid the "neither" option it shows you are indecisive.
Think like a KPMG person ie put down their Core values and make sure ur answers aligns with theirs.

Go for options that promote team work and that supports loyalty to your immediate boss.

Take note of terms like" as a trainee" it helps you to know how to tackle certain questions.

This were just measures i took and it worked for me. And not a rule of thumb

You realised some of the candidates have not completed nysc? You then think they will be paid the normal fee? Dude i know what GTs collect at kpmg and its the 2nd lowest among the big 4 so i know what I'm talking abt.

Read the benefits: one says opportunity for immediate employment after ACA.. so you see they aren't really full staffs for now, so dont expect any full package. Again its a means to get cheap labor because these candidates will do the normal work a regular GT will do.

I have friends who got the job prior to their Nysc, some chose to pause the process till there were done with service(showing you how flexible the Scheme can be) and others who took the offer immediately got all their professional training including their accommodation paid for. If they is one thing i can tell you, working in KPMG is indeed a career fulfilling path for many. I can attest to that. Just my opinion tho

thats a very important requirement because it is a control that can reduce labor turnover. It ensures that they are employing those who really want to be in the accounting profession and not opportunists waiting for their "right job" and just passing time for a while. If you really want to be an accountant, you should have a Bsc in accounting, if not then you would have started your ICAN exams to still put yourself in the accounting line. Its wrong to just accept applications from every tom dick and harry simply because they they are very young or made good grades.

Unfortunately because i have known KPMG to be "not so smart" and inflexible in recruitment, i doubt they actually did put that requirement. All they typically want is cheap labour, if possible an 18 year old graduate in chem engineering from any university who will accept to work for a token. They don't look at the big picture, no wonder they normally have a massive labour turnover.

Going through this piece makes me laugh. Firstly KPMG pays all your fee and get you enrolled in any course necessary in the profession including ICAN. And as for cheap labour maybe you should inquire how much KPMG pays her GT and i bet your opinion will change.

Most of the requirements here arn't true. Go to the firm's website and get your facts. Also visit other thread.
Nb;Their recruitment is almost perennial and a lot of peeps are already at the last phase of the Scheme while others already in the System .

This is quite far.... I wrote my test earlier this week, BAT 2days ago and already gotten the mail for documentation.. Maybe you should mail their HR.. GOD HELP US.

bro I dnt tink drs really anyone dt has anything concrete to say regarding ds.. I fill the form d day I was sent nd had no issue.. my guess is.. probably d number of candidates dy needed had been filled dts why some peeps cn still fill it as of day..just a tot..nd den again cud be a technical issue.

I just can't stop laughing at this post. If they had wanted lesser applicants, reducing the application time frame would have worked or working with the first come first serve principle.

There is a system glitch that needs immediate attention, I am not fully the tech guy but trust me when i say a lot of peeps may be scammed if this is not rectified.

The very funny thing is that i got the first form but failed to fill it probably because i felt i can always come back to it before the stated date Friday.
Now it seems like there is a bug with their database and instead of receiving queries the database is dashing out peoples info.
The site developers really did a poor job. I hope they fix it soon
