I just joined tonight and I really need help on a matter. I have discovered that is it quite difficult to get a 2 bedroom flat within 250k (total package) within the mainland gan gan like ikorodu-road ( the oworonshoki-ilupeju, onipanu etc).

I just got a job @ yaba with my friend and we don't have a place to stay. We are both female and since we don't have this kind of expensive accommodation issue in ibadan ( with 250k you go collect very beautiful flats). At this rate I don't mind tenement apartments (face me I face u) till we both get our feet on ground ( we will stay in diff rooms of course) . The rooms really have to be clean with water and good toilet.

Please which area can I look to... tenements are my last option..please agents can give their numbers.. I am starting first week in May.
