The Executive Chairman, Sir Monday John Onyeme and other members of Delta State Board of Internal Revenue felicitates with HRM THE OBI OF OWA KINGDOM, Dr EMMANUEL EFEIZOMOR II on the Occassion of his 78th birthday.

Onyeme in a statement of felicitation describe the reign of the OBI of OWA Kingdom as peaceful,friendly and productive "Since you ascend the throne of your forefathers your reign has indeed benefited the people of OWA KINGDOM and Delta State in General."he Stated

Onyeme prayed that the legacy of peace, harmony, prosperity and steadfast progress which the Obi Of Owa Kingdom has witnessed since the monarch’s reign would endure perpetually.

He also prayed to God to continue to bless the traditional ruler with robust health and many more years of fulfilment.

Other Board members Chief Barr Mike Edegware,Mr Goddey Iwebuke, Solomon Ighrakpata and Mr Barry Gbe also threw in their messages of felicitation, they describe the monarch’s reign as fruitful, peaceful and productive

"As an Acting Chairman of Delta State Council Of Traditional Rulers, you have remained a source of pride, peacemaker and a splendor to the traditional Institution" They Stated.

They prayed for God’s continued protection and prosperity for the Monarch and the people of the Owa Kingdom.
