Have you restarted the system? Try swinging the lid back and forth see if it disappears at any point.

yes take it to an Engrn it won't cost u much. He will just re clip it on d mother board or @ d back of d screen because is moduless.

I just got a new hp pavilion 15 yesterday only to find out that 2 keys from d keyboard has been switched. I mean when u press d @ button, what appears is the " .... 2ndly when u press d # button something else appears vis visa. should I return it and will I be given a new one or what? Thanks
