Nigerians on social media space have joined the former governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu yesterday, blasted Ibe Kachikwu, Minister of State, Petroleum, for telling Nigerians that he “was not trained as a magician”, a reference to the lingering fuel scarcity that appears to be defying efforts of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

Kachukwu made a careless statement that has definetly worsened the hoarding.
But if tinubu was honest and not borne out of selfish business interest and vendetta(the refusal of kachukwu to cancel the appointment of animashuan as NPDC boss over his candidate),he should address the grieviance to the Minister of Petroleum himself and not the minister of state.

the truth is better said than not saying anything at all. if he had said that the fuel scarcity will end in two weeks and it turns out to be so tinibu will still blast him but saying the truth tells that he is working out something so he should be given some time.
