At the wake of fuel scarcity, dwindling naira and dire economic hardship, President Muhammadu Buhari would again depart Abuja for Washington DC, United States of America on Wednesday, March 30, for the 4th Nuclear Security Summit. Buhari is expected to be away for 4 days, pending which the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is expected to take over the activities of the President.
