The only thing stopping him is injury and loss of form. This is someone who has played for inter Milan and Torino and is experienced in the Italian league.
If he stays injury free and he is in form he will be a powerful addition to our midfield. Try him in a couple of friendlies and see what he has to offer. How many midfielders do we have in a top 5 league. He should be considered.
Is it because he is not oyibo. I don't understand

Nice try, but we read all this accolade before the world cup....

The bolded has explained what could be delaying the switch of those players in U.K.

But some people wan claim the players are at fault for the delay.

Why haven't ask yourself on why megan switch took less time compared to Eze,Lookman, ejaria et

But it wont be bad for him to replace balogun in the nearest future

I said earlier that we have better midfielders , with onyeka and etebo in the epl i wont need joel and we also have others young talents

But you are a big liar for saying joel is getting details because he is italian, joel has paid his dues in seria A, if not for injuries dude would have played more than 100 league games for inter self

Joel is getting deals because he is good enough , which kind yeye italian him be

Cool interview of our men's basketball coach Mike Brown speaking on why he opted to coach Nigeria. Also have major kudos to the president of our basketball federation.

Akinwummi Amoo loses the ball trying an extravagant flick, Maribor score with the counter. 1-1

Two minutes later, Amoo dribbles through the whole Maribor defence and threads a through pass. 2-1.

You see, hammarby will develop Akinkunmi Amoo into a world class player.
The greatest problem African players have is situating a club that is
actually interested in developing them.
All these famous clubs are not interested in developing local African talent.
The clubs that are developmental in nature are:
1. Red Bull Salzburg: This is very obvious
2. Nordjallen: This club developed Mohammed kudus
3. Hammarby (where Akinkunmi Amoo is)
4. Generaly, the Nordish leagues (i.e Norway, Sweeden and Denmark).
5. The Belgian league
6. Isreal league where peter Olawale is (his club is a developmental club)
6. Man city subsidiaries like sk lommel and one club in France etc
. Ifk Gothenburg (that developed alhassan yusuf
Midtyland that developed Onuachu, onyeka etc
5. Others i cant remember or do not know

Hammarby is particularly interested in West African players and the owner of Sidos (Akinkunmi Amoo's football academy)
actually has an agreement with them. He could have been sold to a bigger club
but his managers refused as they did not have a developmental plan for him.
This is where our u17's should go. Going to a big club can be counter-productive.
Our youths fail in Europe because they go to the wrong environment but i am very happy we have learnt our lessons
Samson Tijani's movement to Red Bull Salzburg was brilliant as they are committed to youth development
There are some clubs in Europe our youths should not even go to or at best such clubs should sell/loan them immediately.
Anyway i commend Liverpool for developing Taiwo Awoniyi well. They constantly loaned him to where he could get playing time
until they found a good club for him in Germany where he will be played as he is their most expensive player there.
Our u17's and u20's will now suceed in Europe more often because we now know the importance of developmental football
and not rushing someone to Barcelona after scoring 15 goals in a youth competition.

Lastly Pele said Africa will win the world cup because African footballers will go to Europe and learn
and i think he was right.
