You don't seem to know what competion means. The success of Guardiola definitely translates to a downgrade of Klopp. Unless while one wins the Champions league the other wins the Premier league and vice versal, which is usually not the case. For the msot part whoever wins the champions league wins their local league. That saying is not quite insightful with respect to football. It's either you dominate or you get dominated. There's room for everyone of course. There's room to be the 1st through 17th. But there's only one room for the first.

I totally disagree. Guardiola made history by sweeping all titles in the England and wrote his name on gold. That same season was an epical season for Klopp because he won his first Champions League. It is a mirage thinking your success is hinged on another's failure.

Guardiola won the EPL back to back making history. Klopp this season made history by giving Liverpool their first EPL title.

There is enough room in the sky for all birds to fly.
